Our playhouses are sold via our showroom location which is Helmuth Builders. Their address and phone number are on our contact page. They will be happy to assist you with the purchasing and delivery process .  

For long lifetime and stability, we recommend preparing a foundation for your playhouse, whether that is a concrete pad or a leveled spot with gravels.  However,  it is not a necessity. What is important is that you have a level spot in your yard at minimum the size of the playhouse surface. 

Yes. The lower windows can be opened. Screens come with all windows to keep bugs outside and children inside. 

Located at the back of each playhouse, is a spigot with a valve that a garden hose can be attached to. This makes the sink functional. The valve  also allows the caregiver to control the water usage from outside the playhouse.

Located at the back of each playhouse, is a receptacle that an extension cord can be plugged into to provide lighting for the playhouse. 

We recommend from 3-10 years of age. However, each child's imagination, play, and capabilities vary, so we believe that the purchaser is the best judge of the correct developmental level of the children who intend to play in our playhouses. 

No. Backyard Built does not offer any warranties and cannot be held liable for any damages or injuries that may occur during transit or while in use. Each playhouse is constructed with home grade building materials  that are made to last for generations.  

To ensure safety, make sure the playhouse is installed in a level area and that you have properly assessed the developmental level of each child who will be playing in it.
